Automatically release unused parking spaces and pool cars  


If a booked parking space is not occupied within a time window you define, Gingco Share releases it automatically. The platform detects whether a space is actually in use through your access control system, through check-in (for example in the mobile app) or through occupancy sensors at the parking space. This way, you only release spaces that are really free. The same applies to pool cars: if a vehicle is booked but not used, it becomes available again and another employee can book it.

Gingco Share tracks the actual utilization of your parking spaces in real time. Where booking data alone isn't enough, you can add occupancy sensors. Gingco Share integrates them regardless of the manufacturer via MQTT and compares booked occupancy with measured occupancy.

Data is captured without personal identifiers, which matters when you coordinate with your works council and data protection officer. Based on this data, you can adjust, rent out or repurpose parking spaces as needed.
